Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ADD TO BAG button on the product page.

Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the shopping bag sign to the right at the top of the page.

Click in PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order

 

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can shop at ibenofficial.com without creating an account.

However, sign up with us to be able to enjoy the following benefits:

- Review your past purchases

- Get a preview on our new collections

- Save your address so you can shop even quicker next time

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Can I choose the currency I pay with?

Currently you can only pay in Euro.

  

An item I want to buy is sold out, will you be restocking it?

We ship worldwide.

 

Can I ship to multiple address?

Once you have made an account you can only receive packages to your standard address.

 

How long does delivery takes?

We ship between two workings days. Delivery time frame depends on the shipping country.

 

What are the charges?

Delivery charges may vary from one country to another. Please check our Delivery Policy to check the delivery charges for your country.

 

What is the return notice period?

Our return notice period is 14 days.

 

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

You will be refunded the full value of your order. Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded for items. All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from ibenofficial.com to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it’s no longer covered.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your shipping information with your tracking number from DHL.

 

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
