Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ADD TO BAG button on the product page.
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the shopping bag sign to the right at the top of the page.
Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You can shop at ibenofficial.com without creating an account.
However, by creating an account you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:
- Review your past purchases
- Get previews on our new collections
- Save your address to save time at checkout
Is my personal information kept private?

To reset your password, follow the FORGOT MY PASSWORD instructions on the LOG IN page.
What payment methods does ibenofficial.com accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Can I choose to pay in a different currency?
At the moment we only accept payments in Euro or Norwegian Kroner.
An item I want to buy is sold out, will you be restocking it?
Some items are seasonal based, while others are part of our core collection. For further assistance please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Which countries does ibenofficial.com ship to?
We only ship within Norway at this time. Please contact us at email@example.com for information on the closest retailer to you that is outside of Norway.
Can I ship to multiple address?
Once you have made an account you can only receive packages to your standard address.
What is your estimated delivery time?
Your order will normally be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time you place the order. Delivery time may vary around public holidays.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over 1500 NOK/150 Euro. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
What is the return notice period?
Our return notice period is 14 days. Please see TERMS AND CONDITIONS for more information about your return.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
You will be refunded the full value of your order. Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned items (as long as they are not faulty or if you received the wrong item). All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from ibenofficial.com to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your shipping information with your tracking number.
