Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the time you place your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

IBEN currently ships within Norway only.
We collaborate with Bring for deliveries and PostNord for returns.

A shipment that is not collected within 14 days will be returned to us, and the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer. A new shipment can be arranged at an additional fee.

SHIPPING COST

• Standard delivery: 75 NOK (orders below 999 NOK)

• Free delivery: Free for orders from 1,000 NOK and up

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

TAXES & DUTIES

All orders delivered in Norway are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all local taxes (VAT) and duties are included in the price.
IBEN is not responsible for any additional charges that may occur if you redirect or forward a shipment outside Norway.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery.

Refund policy

We want you to love your IBEN pieces. If something isn’t right, you can easily return or exchange your order through our online return portal:

RETURN

• You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to register a return.

• Return shipping costs 119 NOK, which will be deducted from your refund.

• Returns are handled through PostNord using a paper-free process.
  You’ll receive a QR code via email once your return is registered, simply scan the QR code at any PostNord drop-off point, and they’ll print the label for you.

• Items must be unused, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

• Returns are normally processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your package.

• If the item’s condition is reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine it, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.

• Refunds are processed are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and approved. 
  

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange for another size, color or style, you can do this free of charge through the return portal, as long as you do not request a refund.
Once your exchange is registered, the new item will be shipped as soon as we receive your original return.

 

CLAIMS & WARRANTY

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please register a claim through the return portal or contact iben@ibenofficial.com.
We will cover the return shipping cost in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act.

The same 14-day return and exchange policy applies to sale items.
Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during sale periods.
