Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the time you place your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

IBEN currently ships to Norway, UK and EU countries only.
We collaborate with Bring, PostNord and DHL for deliveries and PostNord and DHL for returns.

A shipment that is not collected within the given time slot will be returned to us, and the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer. A new shipment can be arranged at an additional fee.

• Standard delivery: 75 NOK (orders below 999 NOK)
  Free for orders from 1,000 NOK and up
  

• DHL Express: 249 NOK

SHIPPING COST EU

• DHL Express: 30 Euro

SHIPPING COST UK

• DHL Express: 30 £

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

TAXES & DUTIES

All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all local taxes (VAT) and duties are included in the price.
IBEN is not responsible for any additional charges that may occur if you redirect or forward a shipment outside Norway, EU and UK.

Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your IBEN pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you can easily return or exchange your order through our return portal:

RETURNS

All returns and exchanges registered within 14 days of receiving your order are automatically approved through our return portal.

Please register your return before sending any items back to us. We do not accept returns that have not been registered through the return portal.

Items must be unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns are normally processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your package.

If an item's condition has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be made from the refund amount.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and approved.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund:

• Norway: 119 NOK

• All other countries: 15 EUR

For customers in Norway, returns are handled through PostNord using a paper-free process. Once your return is registered, you will receive a QR code by email. Simply present the QR code at any PostNord drop-off point, and they will print the return label for you.

For customers outside Norway, return instructions will be provided through the return portal.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are free of charge.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, you can do so through the return portal. Once we receive your original return, the replacement item will be shipped to you. Is it not possible to add items to your exchange order. 

CLAIMS & WARRANTY

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please register a claim through the return portal.

For approved claims, IBEN will cover the return shipping costs in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

SALE ITEMS

The same 14-day return and exchange policy applies to sale items.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sale periods.
