At IBEN, we’ve always believed that clothes can carry meaning. They can tell stories, represent values, and sometimes even spark conversations that matter. BRA DAME is one of those projects.
What started as a simple idea became something much bigger: a celebration of women who lift others up, stand strong in their own voice, and remind us what real strength looks like.
In Norwegian, "bra dame" simply means “a good woman.” But to us, it means so much more.
It means courage.
It means kindness.
It means integrity.
It means being unapologetically yourself.
And most importantly - it means supporting other women.
The Idea Behind BRA DAME
We created the BRA DAME TEE as a symbol. Something simple, wearable, and powerful. A reminder that being a “bra dame” doesn’t mean being perfect. It means showing up as you are - strong, funny, ambitious, loud, quiet, brave.
It also means recognizing the women around you who inspire you. Because a movement doesn’t start with a slogan. It starts with people.
