SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order will normally be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time you place the order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including shipping details. We only ship within Europe at this time. Iben collaborates with Bring and UPS. A shipment that is not collected within 14 days will be returned to us, and charges will be paid by cusomer. A new shipment can be arranged for an additional shipping fee.
SHIPPING COST
- We offer shipping from 15 euros for delievered outside of Norway.
- The shipping cost will be added to your total amount during checkout.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All orders made to deliver in Norway are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that the local taxes (VAT) and import duties are included in the price. Shipping within Norway is not subject to any additional charges when receiving the parcel.Iben does not take any responsibility of additional charges outside of Norway. Please check with Customs of your delivery country. The customer is responsible for any duties on deliveries outside of Norway. Iben will be responsible for the taxes.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing your shipping information, including your tracking number.
RETURNS
Returns under the Right of Withdrawal
- If you wish to return an item under the right of withdrawal, please contact iben@ibenofficial.com
- This cost will be deducted from the amount refunded to you after we have received and processed the return.
- You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase from the day you receive the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, complete and submit the withdrawal form provided in the package, then contact us.
- The item must be returned within a reasonable time and in the same condition as when you received it.
Important Information About Returns
- Once we receive your returned item, it will normally be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- If the item is damaged or its value is reduced due to unnecessary handling, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND
Did you order the wrong size or do you want to return an item? Please contact iben@ibenofficial.com. Shipping costs due apply. If the item is returned due to a claim or we have sent you the wrong item, the full amount including shipping costs will be refunded.
SALE
Our regular online return and exchange policy as described above applies during sale periods. If you want to return a sale item, it must be done within 14 days after purchase.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
- If the item you received is defective or faulty, we will cover the return shipping cost in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act .
- Please contact us as soon as possible to register the complaint, and we will assist you with the process.
